Too many digits, too small steps for parameter values in sample editor

Numeric precision of displayed parameter values, and step size in spin boxes, should take into account the limited precision of the experimental method.

For instance, for sample rotation angle, I suggest a precision of one digit after the decimal dot (e.g. 60.0 degrees), and a default step width of 1 degree.
