Allow adjusting zoom and position of 3D view

From the recent experience.

1. Zooming is possible with mouse wheel, but depending on the mouse the step may be too large. Then the process is quite annoying. It would be good to provide + and - button with small step and predictable behavior.

2. allow moving 3D model up and down within a window, because the part of the sample is quite often beyond the window
