Fix Data2dToolbar and mask editor behavior

• fix rise/lower selected mask
• fix reset view
• select mask after showing it
• switch between mask/projection panel on selecting mask or projection
• switch between projection plots on selecting hor/ver projection
• update projection plots on moving selected projection
• make the "bulb" button compatible with current selection approach
