BigBrain and MNI152 coordinates?

For the plot showing the sample positions in the brain, I extracted the positions of the samples from the transformation matrices for the BigBrain and MNI152 spaces from the JSON files. Is this the correct approach? I assume this would place me at one corner of the sample rather than at the center of the chunk—am I correct?

I also noticed that the simple coordinates of the patches are no longer included in the JSON files. While it might seem a bit redundant, wouldn’t it still be helpful to include these two coordinates directly in the sidecar JSON files of the chunks in the sourcedata folder? I think not everyone will take the route via the transformation matrix, and these coordinates are quite important information.
