Smallcaps style for titles

It would be nice to have a smallcaps style for titles - as a compromise between regular and allcaps.

But sadly, the font does not seem to support it and I assume there are no alternatives we can use?

I tried setting it here:

\setbeamerfont{part}{size*={16pt}{18pt},shape=\scshape}

but got a warning:

Font shape `TU/LiberationSans(0)/m/sc' undefined(Font) using `TU/LiberationSans(0)/m/n' instead
