The FluxML file information is converted from data structures of the FluxML library into custom ones. The resulting data structures contain information to

• build a network model and parameter space
• do forward simulations given parameter configurations
• evaluate simulation error given measurements

All exceptions thrown by the FluxML library are handled appropriately.
